Products 

The facility that Munksjo has in Jonkoping has over 700 different recipies for their paper and in a year they makeon average 200 of these. they do this because they work in a way that meets the specific needs of each individual customer. Their products are divided into 4 different sections; decor, release liners, industrial applications, and graphics and packaging.

 

 

Decor 

• They develop white and coloured decor paper used for purposes such as printing patterns and wood imitations.

• Products are used for things such as furniture, doors and flooring.

• The business area also has thin print paper used for leaflet and pharmasuticals and cosmetic packaging.

 

Release linings ​

• This business area develops release papers, coated specialities and Pulp.

• Papers are used for materials that are sesnsitive to pressure.

• These papers are usually used in retail office labelling and graphical or industrial applications.

• This business area also includes environmentally friendly bleached and unbleached Pulp.

 

Industrial applications 

• This area makes paper for industrial use like abrasive backing which are used in the making of eletrotechnical paper for insulation of transformers. 

• This buisness area also includes fine art paper under the brand name of Arches .

 

Graphics and packaging 

• This area develops flexible packaging paper, metalising paper and graphics and industrial paper.

• Flexible packaging paper is used in manufacturing mainly in the food industry.

• Metalising paper is used mostly for labels of beverages and tobacco packet liners.

• Graphics and industrial paper are mostly used for uncoated papers like envelops.
