There are a variety of carreers available at Munksjö, including marketing and sales, HR management, quality control management, production planning and paper machine operations.

Munksjö looks for certain attributes in its employees, including: fluency in swedish, recommandations (although they are not compulsory), flexibality and to have good social skills - especially in marketing.

Working in this field there is opportunity for advancement and carreer growth. An example being that before you can train to be an operator of machines, you must first work your way up from jobs like truckdrivers.

Working at Munksjö gives a high variety of privellages such as 25 days of vacancy per year (although these a unpayed at the start). Another privellage being 14 days of payed sick leave, until the government system takes action. You are also intitled to 1 1/2 years of maternity leave wich is split between the mother and father. The father must take a mandatory 3 month of leave and their jobs are gauranteed for when they returned.
